There was a moment after our anniversary gathering last month when everything went quiet.

I got home, sat down, and suddenly felt overwhelmed in a way that was difficult to explain. Not just gratitude — although there was a lot of it — but something heavier. Like I was holding more than what was mine.

And in a way, I think I was.

Not because anyone asked me to. But because when people open up, when they share their confusion, their desires, their hopes… something in me wants to respond. To hold it. To make sense of it. To help.

After the group participated in the physical version of our Artist Ally Navigator, we stayed, we spoke, and in those moments, something became very clear to me:

Most people are looking for answers, but what they actually need is orientation
and someone to accompany them through the ups and downs.

In Gestalt therapy, there’s a simple idea: awareness itself is transformative.

Meaning: the ability to see clearly what is happening within you is the driving force behind change.

Because once you see it, you can no longer unsee it, and from there, your decisions begin to shift.

What I felt in that room was people searching for direction, craving clarity, needing to feel seen in the complexity of where they are. And maybe, most importantly, wanting to know that there is a way forward.

That’s where things can become confusing. Because in moments like that, it’s very easy for someone in my position to be perceived as “the one who knows.” But that’s not what this is, and it’s not what I want to build.

If anything, what I’m learning is this: my role is not to give answers, but to create the conditions where you can see your own.

And that’s exactly where the Artist Ally Navigator comes from: a framework to help you locate yourself.

To pause.
To understand what stage you’re in.
And to take action from there.

Each pathway in the Navigator is paired with curated exercises —
small containers designed to hold the moment you are going through
and bring clarity, intention, and direction to it.

If you feel like you need that right now, you can explore it here:

This short diagnostic is a way to pause and understand what actually needs your attention right now, whether that’s:

  • direction

  • structure

  • connection

  • or energy

So you can move forward with more clarity and intention.

Beyond Tools: The Need for Real Exchange

Something else became very clear to us during that gathering: people want exchange. They want to meet others who are navigating similar questions.

To share.
To listen.
To feel less alone in the process.

Beyond the screen.

We’ve been hosting occasional in-person gatherings in Barcelona, and we will continue to do so, aiming for something every couple of months as we grow. But we also recognise something important: our Circle is not only local. It’s global. From Barcelona to Toronto and beyond.

So we’re currently exploring the idea of monthly online gatherings, a space where we can meet more consistently, regardless of location.

A space for:

→ reflection
→ conversation
→ shared learning
→ and real connection

And before building it, we want to ask you:

Would you join us if we opened this space monthly?
And if so, what would you want to experience there?

Final thought

Orientation doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens through awareness, through tools, and through people.

And this is what we’re building, slowly: a space to navigate — together.

Clarity is rarely given.
It is found in movement, in reflection, and in relation.
